Matthew J. Large completed a research internship at Microsoft’s Applied Sciences Group in 2009, and subsequently returned to the group to work on human-computer interaction devices using the group’s novel display and sensor technologies.

He is currently studying for his master's in physics with satellite technology at the University of Surrey in the U.K.  His research interests include 3D displays, green energy, and self-assembling nano-devices, and he is a student member of the Institute of Physics.
