Using <a href=\"https:\/\/new-cm-edgedigital.pages.dev\/en-us\/power-platform\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft Power Platform<\/a>, Evergy developed over 275 automation solutions that save more than 120,000 hours annually. From drone image processing for power line inspections to intelligent data extraction for inventory management, AI is helping Evergy improve efficiency, reduce errors, and enhance resilience across its energy infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">These innovations not only streamline internal processes but also support Evergy\u2019s transition to cleaner energy generation, with workforce adaptability and operational continuity in a rapidly evolving energy landscape.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"strengthening-water-resilience-for-future-challenges\">Strengthening water resilience for future challenges&nbsp;<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In southern France, the <a href=\"https:\/\/new-cm-edgedigital.pages.dev\/en\/customers\/story\/1631008476611121138-canaldeprovence-government-power-bi-en-france\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Soci\u00e9t\u00e9 du Canal de Provence<\/a> (SCP) is tackling water stress through its REImu program, an intelligent water network initiative powered by <a href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/en-us\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft Azure<\/a> technologies. In Munich, Germany, the municipal utility <a href=\"https:\/\/new-cm-edgedigital.pages.dev\/en\/customers\/story\/1676605879019912648-stadtwerkemuenchen-azureiot-en\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Stadtwerke M\u00fcnchen<\/a> uses <a href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/en-us\/solutions\/iot\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Microsoft Azure IoT<\/a> and <a href=\"https:\/\/azure.microsoft.com\/en-us\/solutions\/ai\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Azure AI <\/a>to optimize electric bus operations, forecast energy demand, and reduce waste.
