This KB resolves the following issues with the Unified Write Filter (UWF) where:- UWF settings or state cannot be changed when any volume responds with access denied
- A race condition on certain hardware can cause a [UNMOUNTABLE_BOOT_VOLUME] bluescreen at boot time when UWF is enabled
