The purpose of this document is to summarize the steps needed to migrate from a Microsoft CRM Online instance to a Microsoft Dynamics CRM 2015 on-premises deployment. This document can also be viewed on TechNet Migrate Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online to Microsoft Dynamics CRM On-Premises.
The steps include information on the following:
- Restore a copy of the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Online SQL database
- Apply required hotfixes
- Import the restored Microsoft Dynamics CRM organization into the Microsoft Dynamics CRM on premises deployment
