This document provides a template, best practices, and examples for running a successful pilot of Viva Topics. A pilot program is a small-scale, short-term experiment for an organization to understand how a project, system, or product will work across the company. There can be several reasons for running a Viva Topics pilot—such as doing a trial of Viva Topics to decide whether to purchase licenses for your company or as the first step of rolling out Viva Topics to your entire company post-purchase.
