    The Twilio Integration solution provides an example of how Twilio can be integrated with CRM. Use the solution to notify a customer that a technician is on the way to a site, or to detect an activity related to an account. Send SMS or Interactive Voice Response (IVR) messages to any contact, user, or other CRM activity entity that has a mobile phone record. This solution uses the cloud API provided by Twilio. To send SMS or IVR communications from CRM, a Twilio account is required. Important: This solution provides an example of how Twilio can be integrated with CRM. Microsoft does not provide support for this solution. What’s included in the solution: • Twilio SMS Activity entity. Stores the message, and related contact, user, and account information. • Twilio IVR Activity entity. Stores a URL for an XML page with the text of the voice message, and related contact, user, or account information. • Twilio SMS Generation workflow. By default, the workflow uses the Contact entity, but it can be easily reconfigured. • Twilio IVR Generation workflow. By default, the workflow uses the Contact entity, but it can be easily reconfigured. • Twilio Integration custom activity. Used to make calls to the Twilio API.
